Power level is important!
Ships need 0+ energy to launch. High power grants combat bonuses. Below zero, weapons and systems are severely weakened.

Power mechanics
Minimum power requirement
Your ship must have 0 or more energy to launch into battle. No power = no launch.
Energy balance
Energy is the difference between production and consumption:
- Production: energy cores and photovoltaic panels.
- Consumption: weapons, energy shields, etc.

Power benefits (0–100)
Ships approaching 100 energy gain combat advantages:
- Reduced cooldown on some weapons.
- Extended firing duration on some weapons (for example lasers).
- Bonuses scale with energy level - the closer to 100, the stronger.
- No additional benefits above 100 energy.
Power penalties (below 0)
If energy drops below 0 in combat, expect severe performance hits:
- Drastically weakened weapons.
- Compromised ship systems.
