You may use the game for personal play on a supported device. Online features require internet access and may require an account. Use the current supported version. If parental or guardian permission is required by law, obtain it before using the service.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game for personal, non-commercial use. The game and its elements, such as code, artwork, sounds and names, are protected by copyright and belong to DR-ONLINE SP. Z O.O. or its licensors; third-party libraries, fonts and assets remain subject to their own licences. Do not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game except to the extent mandatory law expressly permits.
Do not cheat, deliberately exploit bugs, disrupt the service, access other players' accounts, harass others or submit unlawful content. We may restrict online access where necessary to address these violations or protect the service. You may contact us to challenge a restriction.
You are responsible for the names, designs and other content you share through the game. Do not share unlawful or abusive content or infringe others' rights. We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these rules.
Optional purchases and subscriptions use the payment platform shown at checkout. Prices, duration and any renewal conditions are shown before payment. Manage subscription cancellation through that platform. Applicable cancellation, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Virtual currency and in-game items are licensed for use within the game only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. This does not limit your statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights.
You may stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account deletion. Updates and maintenance may temporarily interrupt online features. Signing in is needed for account-based synchronisation; offline changes synchronise after reconnection. Local deletion or reinstalling the game does not itself delete a server account.
With reasonable advance notice, we may discontinue online services where legal requirements, technical limitations or operating costs prevent their continuation, or delete accounts inactive for at least 12 months. Your statutory rights, including any right to refunds, remain unaffected.
